Where do I find my Referral Code?
You can find your unique referral code by going to the Referral Program screen located on your app's dashboard.
Can I stop the Referral Code Redemption Notification e-mail's?
Yes, simply go to the referral program screen on the app and opt out of the Notifications.
How will I know if someone has used my Referral Code?
Each time someone uses your code and subscribes to EyezUP, you will receive a Referral Code Redemption Notification e-mail with information on that subscriber.
How do I share my Referral Code?
From the Referral Program screen, you can share your code by simply clicking on the share buttons and choosing to whom you would like to share EyezUP.
How do I redeem my Amazon credits?
To redeem your credits, simply click on the credit counter and follow the instructions. An email will be sent to you with a redemption code that you can use on you Amazon account.
What if I don't have an Amazon account?
If you do not have an Amazon account simply go to Amazon.com and apply for one today. We would suggest an Amazon Prime account.
Will I be limited on what I can purchase with my Amazon Credits?
No. These are just like any other credit you may have on your account. You can purchase, donate or transfer your credits any way you would like.
Is there a time limit to sharing my Referral Code?
No. Your Referral Code is unique to you and linked to your subscription. Share it anytime you want to anyone you want.
Do I have to share my Referral Code through the phone/app?
